Problem with Swap Gift Card. Need Help

I bought a Celebration Swap eGift card valued at $110 from Giftz.com.au and placed an order to exchange all the $110 of that card for an eBay gift card on 16th Nov. But I still haven't received the eBay gift card.

I tried to contact Swap Gift Card and noticed they don't have a phone number, online chat, or any social media account. The only way is to submit a form.

2 days after the form was submitted, they sent me an email asking for a clear front and back of the swap gift card. But in this case, I only have a link to that swap e-gift card. So I gave that link to them.

But after another 2 days, they sent me another email saying "We have resolved your case CSXXXXXX. We haven't heard from you in the last 48 hours with the missing information requested, we are proceeding to close your case, but if you still need assistance, please reach out to us back by opening a new case so we can continue assisting you."

So now I am in an endless loop.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What can I do to solve this issue?
