I'm currently on Telstra Xbox X series contract with game pass ultimate.
I am looking to terminate the contract that finishes November 2023.
I was told that the penalty is $380 to cancel and if I continue its $46/month.
Can anyone confirm if I cancel contract my game pass subscription will end and I (in fact my son!) would be able to play the games? I've no idea how that works!
Is it worth payout $380 and get game pass from somewhere else? Or keep paying $46/month until Nov next year when the contract finishes?
If I need to buy ultimate game pass from elsewhere, whats the best value and where should I keep an eye on.
Sorry I'm a noob when it comes to gaming, mainly got this for the kids.
Appreciate your advice 🙏
Yes. Can still play games you own. Can’t play free games from game pass
You’re an adult who fathered a child. Make your own decision on that. I paid for my 24 months then cancelled.
Hard to say. Sometimes on ozbargain there are those discounted xbox gold subscriptions which can extend game pass ultimate subscription
