My c200 tapo has no web interface and connecting via phone app is sooo slow.
Does anyone recommend any that are fast to connect to and have a web interface? And it should be mains power, not battery.

Definitely back the idea of a POE / wired connected camera as they tend to be much more reliable / faster than Wifi based ones. In terms of affordable the above outlined Dahua and Hikvision are the cream of the crop in terms of sanely priced stuff in that realm. They are also easy to add to a network video recording system later on if you decide to go for that.
Tested mine right now - takes reolink 2 seconds from my phone to open the app and load the live stream. Takes 3 seconds for the pc app to open and begin live stream.
Reolink has served me well
Avoid Swann
Reolink, Dahua and HikVision
Try using TinyCam (android) - and these instructions - https://www.tapo.com/uk/faq/34/
Free version supports 4 cameras, but if it works well, consider getting TinyCam Pro. Very good and useful app for IP Cameras.
Cheers
You didn't specify a budget so I'm gonna say Hikvision or Dahua if you want a high quality, reliable security camera option that is mains powered (via PoE). Phone app for both these platforms is great once you've set everything up properly.
If it's for internal usage the Unifi G3 Flex is pretty cost effective if you have Unifi equipment already.
