There's an Allied-branded ATX case in that photograph, which is the in-house brand for Techfast and Allied Gaming PC. I think they just buy up some builds from Techfast and resell them with a few minor tweaks. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/12133932/redir

There are some casemods in that system that improve it's appearance, but won't contribute to gaming FPS and just adds to the price tag.
I'd be expecting a 13th Gen / Ryzen 7000 paired with DDR5 memory and a 1000w Platinum power supply at a $5000 price bracket. Crucial P2 (QLC, DRAM-less) is also one of the lowest tiers SSD you can buy.
850 watts is kind of borderline, and I wouldn't be surprised if shuts down due to power spikes on the 4090.
Basically not a great deal, it's like someone buying a $10 cheesecake from Woolworths, added some extra icing and candles and are selling it to you at an extra markup.
