guys, can you give me some idea, how to do the auction website similar like ebay on the apps, do you need specific server connected with this apps?
If you are developing software yourself, you are better asking in developer forums. If you are trying access information from eBay, then it's best to use their API.
If you are talking about running your own action site forget it. Apart from the legal issues, auction sites require a lot of people to work, that is why ebay remains so big despite the number of competitors.

In reality, there are turnkey solutions such as AppMaker. Or you could always go on freelancer/elancer and hire an overseas programmer to develop what you want.
