Hi, I am flying to USA next month on Cathay Pacific, and I have around 18 hours of day-time layover in Hong Kong Airport. I am interested for a sight-seeing.
We are 2 travellers, one is fully vaccinated, second person is medically vaccine exempted.
I am aware they don't have any quarantine rule now, but a 3 days of health monitoring during which time the passengers are subject to Amber Code restrictions under the Vaccine Pass.
I have read through https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/eng/inbound-travel.html#Vacci… but it is not clear whether they allow passenger in to HK with less 24 hours stay.
