Have tried to find a small/light duty multi purpose steam cleaner with attachments for windows, floors and garments.

Thanks for the link. Was looking for something a bit higher end like Karcher but might be worth a go at that price.
Are you looking for something like https://www.kmart.com.au/product/hand-held-steam-cleaner-430… or something more higher end? This has worked for the few times I need to steam clothes or for cleaning carpet and kitchen.
