Didn't someone break 256 bit AES a couple of weeks ago, in a bit over 2 hours?
That said, I wonder if you can defeat the physical security with a hacksaw.
I also see they've covered their device with patents. I realise such things are often necessary, but I'm not a fan. And some companies get by without them.
The physical locking mechanism is basically useless, if anything it implies you've got something to keep very private. Give me a few minutes and a grinder and i'd remove those outer rings

Only a dumbass would buy that. If you have Windows 7 ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise, encrypt the drive with bitlocker and keep a copy of the key in a safe location.
That is the coolest thing ever, I would definitely think about buying one…
