Thanks OP but it seems you got the last copies of Forza 4 and Portal 2. I just got back from the Hoppers store and got a helpful staff member to check their system. Apparently they only had 1 copy of Portal 2 on the 360 for $13. Not sure on Forza 4 but none on the shelf either.

Got them to call another store in the western suburbs and they had Portal 2 for $40 and would not match it as games are apparently marked differently per store today. Other the whats been listed already, only other worthwhile games I saw for the 360 were:

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary: $22.00
Fifa 2011: $10.00

There we still a few copies of Deux HR, Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare 3 as of 4.30pm and 2 copies of LotR: War in the North Collectors Edition - $22 (PS3). Store closes at 8pm tonight.

BTW, big thanks to the staff member who helped me today. Great customer service. I felt incrediby guilty for not buying anything!
