Is it worth the price difference going to mini led lol

These gift cards are a con. I got a $150 when i bought a TV a while ago and still haven't used it because everything is $150 overpriced anyway.
You get a code on your receipt. You can only use it in store and NOT online.
You can't check the balance online either so its not a gift card.
The sales guy said it doesn't expire but i bet it when i eventually find something that's not overpriced by the gift code amount probably won't work.Agree. Would rather a ~$200-$300 cheaper purchase price than a $500 HN gift card.
If u buy from sony they give you a real visa gc … id say chat with them.. then u can use amex
This or c835?
I was in the same boat.. ended up getting the C835 because of better reviews and discounted price.
Easy…C835.. any day or if you want to go Sony.. x95k or x90J ..picture quality wise mini leds are way superior to FALD..Contrast, blacks, colours are all better because of individual zones..and OLEDs can control all aspects by pixels so cannot be compared to a mini led.. as an example 6000 to 1 blacks in Mini leds as opposed to 800 to 1 in LEDs of any flavour or infite to 1 in OLEDs.. though its TCL versus Sony so buy some extra warranty if you go TCL ..and the processor will mostly be superior in Sony on any comparative model if you care about the smarts on the TV
TCL in it's price bracket medium/premium budget bracket is top reliability. And that goes for the cheapest budget ones too. They also have a standard 3yr warranty on it.
Rtings rated R646 Same (TCL C825 ) last yr 2021 model similar in score to X95K. C835 is much better than C825. So while the premium sony is going to win in processing & High budget models have amazing reliability. C835 beats it in almost every other category. Especially gaming. As the Hisense U8H US does.
Here’s an idea but is time dependent. Get Sony to price match, so you can get free delivery, Sony $500 Visa e gift card, stack with 10% CR cash back. The gift card offer expires end tomorrow. It is not a store gift card so you can spend it elsewhere. Sometimes Sony price match responds within a day, sometimes 3 days after. For the significant saving, it might be worth taking a shot. Net cost under $2100.
https://store.sony.com.au/television-4K-X9000/XR75X90K.html#…Weird … I clicked the link and Cashback showed me 10% … then when I clicked activate, changed to 4%
10% finished last night I think.
Just got the price match response back from Sony but $500 giftcard offer expired :(
The 65" is $1885, no gift card.
