Looking for cheap rubbish removal in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs

Anyone know of a cheap/reliable company to have rubbish from a house renovation removed?
Either skip or removers, I've got about 5 cubic metres of stuff to get removed.
Current quotes are around the $500 mark.
