Netflix Profiles Deleted

Hi

Somehow all my Netflix profiles have been deleted and the primary one which can’t be deleted renamed and profile pic changed.

No one in the family has done this. I called Netflix and they suggested either my email or Netflix amount has been compromised. I use a unique password for my account so surprised that has been compromised. Other than deleting profiles and renaming nothing else has been done. Activity history only shows the shows we have been watching.

I asked if this could have been a problem/bug on Netflix’s side and got the usual response of no.

Is there any other explanation for what has happened?

    Go to Manage Account Access and see all the devices that have logged in. If it's in your home a family member did it.
    Otherwise, I bet someone has shared the PW with a mate :)

      The netflix show? It sucks. I watched 5 episodes to give it a chance and it is unfunny

    Happened to me a couple of months ago. I have a profile on a friends account and one day it vanished. I rarely use it so didn’t even know until my friend asked me if I deleted it, I put it back on and it has been fine since.
