  Thanks OP. Given that the pre-mixed cocktails set usually retails for about $70-80, $54 for the hamper seems like a steal

    You're kidding me right? Just because they want to market four premixed warm cocktails in glass jars as $70-80 value, doesn't make this hamper a steal. If anything, it might reflect the ridiculous mark-up.

    It's like cologne gift sets you see on sale regularly with free bag/moisturiser/junk. 50 millilitres of mixed chemicals for $100, but you get all this crap, must be a steal!

    These hampers are targeted at people who are time poor and have enough disposable income to use these as gifts instead of making one themselves or for corporate gifts. There's definitely no value in the total sum of goods, but they're a business with overheads.
