First time I’ve seen a tank being transported on the ring road.
First time I’ve seen people on the ring road actually slow down for a wide load instead of trying to overtake it.

As others have said, it is indeed a M1 Abrams tank.
The turrent has been turned 180 (facing back of the tank) so it may look a little odd first glance.
