Looking to purchase my first gaming pc as a primarily console gamer. Not eager to build my own but potentially could and looking for a budget of somewhere from 800 - 1500. Should I wait for some possible Black Friday builds or just purchase one now?

yeah, unless you're dying for a new build, you might as well just hold off till Black Friday, but that being said, I really doubt we'll see 3080s drop below like $950 even with black friday deals. Just look back at 3080 prices on Ozbargain, 3080s been hitting $1000 since July but hardly any movement below that.
Yupz lots of deals with techfastau on eBay if you dont mind mixture of used and new hardware, personally I hate paying top prices on new items, but certain hardware like powersupply, sometimes motherboard one might worry about being used, better to be safe and buy new, I agree with above certainly see how Black Friday pans out
Few other sellers selling gaming PC systems on eBay with the RTX 3060 at great prices and way under $1500, some small time sellers have the 7% off eBay code:NOVC2C, so heaps to pick from so just search in eBay "GAMING PC"
This close to Black Friday you'd be silly not to at least wait and see what comes up. It may be great, it may be nothing.
