Got the Apple Watch SE Cellular for my son and decided to sign up the $10/month Truphone plan.

However, if you’re one of our existing customers and you’ve already got one of our data plans, you can continue to use it as normal and continue to add top-ups via your account portal, auto-renewal options, or via an email request to our customer service team. We’re working hard to restore full service as soon as possible.
What are my options to tackle this challenge? I want my son to be able to message us (if not call) during school pick up times. He doesn’t have a mobile phone and I would like to set up the Watch as a family set up.
What telco are you with? MIght be easier just to to the watch add-on to your account? Not sure if only Telstra Optus and Vodafone offering this though.
