Being a Shopback novice I can't figure out why I am not receiving the eBay subscription credit of $5 per month ( for 6 months). I enrolled via Shopback and have the first purchase in September pending. Payments in October and November haven't registered in Shopback. eBay are debiting me every month. PayPal (automatic) has been used for all 3 payments
Can anybody please explain what I've done wrong?

Go to https://www.shopback.com.au/cashback, click Cashback Overview => Status Dropdown box, change it to "Pending" and look for the eBay Plus entry.
There should be an Enquire button — tap that and hopefully a human gets around to validating the cashback for you. I've had to do this today since SB is owing me $35 for a 1-year eBay+ sub.
My $35 SB is still pending from 5Sept despite a 5Nov available date.

For the deal you linked, you will only get cashback for the first monthly subscription. You need to cancel the auto renew, and then click through shopback every month if you want to keep getting the deal.
You cannot buy monthly once and expect shopback to provide cashback every month lol from your auto-renew.
