  Not sure how it compares quality wise, but Target have a 30cm Bluey bike for $44 down from $89 which some might prefer. If no stock at your local, free delivery with Onepass ($4/month).

  I almost bought one of these earlier this week… but decided the design just seems like those handlebars are waaaaay too high.
