Yeah that's what it looks like, I DM'd the poor guy too - cause it used to work. Been like this nearly a month.

There's nothing wrong with using the HIM card to purchase a JB gift card…
Just say you want to pay by card and try not to show your using a TCN card because apparently it's not officially allowed. But most of the time they don't care.
That's correct. I think it disappeared a few weeks ago.

@hamwhisperer: I don't have a concrete answer, but I am happy to speculate.
JB Hi-Fi switched from Instore & Online to Instore around the same time last year and reappeared in early-to-mid December 2021.
I suspect it has something to do with Black Friday and either JB Hi-Fi or TCN being worried they cannot fulfill all swap requests during the busy November sales (particularly Single's Day and Black Friday). I don't think the TCN website is able to tell you before you swap whether a particular denomination is available.

Scroll down to "How to use", enter the card number, and select JB Hi-Fi INSTORE/ ONLINE and then you will be given the ability to swap.
