whats the roast date, last time I tried a popular coffee brand that went on sale in super market, it was roasted like many months back and tasted not so good, learnt a important lesson there

Our blend has got some robusta in it, so we've been aging it for about 10 days now.
We'll also be roasting some more on Monday. This coffee needs to degas at least 10 days before brewing espresso, or 7-8 days for filter/plunger.
