Costco has the Lego 71374 NES on sale for Singles Day at $234.99 delivered. Doesn't seem to be cheapest ever, but still a decent price according to Brickhawk
No idea if it's available in store, but I haven't seen it at Crossroads recently.

FML… bought this for $286 from amazon last week after waiting for it to go under $240 for months!
Wife bought me this set for my birthday last year.
It's a great set for two people to build together as one person focuses on the TV and the other on the NES.
