        I ordered on Wednesday
        27/06/2012 14:20:34 Payment accepted (53 minutes after deal was posted)
        but my order was not dispatched until Friday
        29/06/2012 11:19:47 Shipped (2 business days, not 1 promised)
        I had indicated I needed the order before 7/7.

        As am leaving Australia on Friday, am not happy about your delay in shipment and incorrect statement that "Orders from Wednesday have all been despatched on 28th June."!

    Also at the time I notice both class 6 and class 10 were both $39.95 the same when I looked this morning.

    It's now it's gone up to $49.95. Are you still able to honor the better price as I was just about to put a order in for that and a 16GB Sandisk USB.

          It was stated in the above comment that the items were despatched within 1 business day.
          Statuses were all updated on the next day to make sure all the items are on its way before we mark them as shipped.

          Tracking URL is only for specific items, not every item has a tracking number.
          The email is auto generated from our site when orders are shipped.
          I understand that it might be confusing to receive an email and in the end there is no tracking number for your order.
          I apologize for the confusion and I will get my webmaster to work out a solution for it.

          If there are any delays in shipping out items, we will make sure customers are informed about the situation.

      I have been in contact with Australia Post regarding your package.
      This morning when I track the item, the tracking summary shows that it has been delivered to you today.
      AP must have located the item and delivered it tody.

        I can confirm that the item has arrived this arvo - 11 days since ordered!

        However I can not confirm when it was posted as it was posted via "Pre paid Registered Post". With this method, the item was not scanned when lodged nor date stamped.

        Is there any reasons why you did not provide the Item Tracking Number so buyers can track their deliveries instead of explaining when they were posted?

        • Hi ozblocd,

          Every order that is above $40 we posted them via registered post.
          So there are actually around 200 orders that were posted via registered post on our website and in this case, I did not have sufficient time to input the tracking numbers order by order.

          My web master has worked out a scanner for me to scan the tracking details onto the system, but during that time the scanner was not functioning properly. So the tracking numbers were not updated. I apologize for all the hassles and troubles caused for not having the tracking numbers updated. I have arrange for a new scanner to be fixed and make sure the scanning system works. In that case, every order with registered and express post will have their tracking number updated immediately.

          However, there is one thing that I can definitely confirm - customers will not receive their item later than 7 business days. Even if there is a delay on Australia Post side, the delivery will not take more than 7 business days. I believe ozblocd your order arrived within the 7 business days delivery time frame provided by Australia Post.

      Francesca called me to give me a update. There's a recall on Sandisk 32GB class 10 Micro SD's :( and all orders sent out were returned back to Francesca. Anyways been offered a Samsung class 10 for a slightly cheaper price.

        • Yeah had been posted so I'm told but Francesca said she requested Auspost to return the orders. So didn't even make it to me.

          Yes I blocked all the orders for 32GB Class 10 micro SD's and a few of them manage to get posted out, but most of them were returned to me last Thursday.
          The reason for me to take back the packages is because the cards have compatibility issue according to SanDisk report and no seller is sending out these cards at the moment. If they do get sent out, they will be returned to me in the end.

          I have been in contact with customers regarding this issue and there are still a few customers that could not be contacted for the past 2 days.
          I will continue to get in touch with everyone and informed them about this issue.

          The post office where I lodge the packages allows me to do so.
          They have a special person taking care of my mails due to large volume, so I actually can request orders to be returned to me and send back to my address within 3 business days.

          The return packages actually reaches me on Thursday morning and that is when I sort out the packages that were returned and started contacting customers.

          Great to hear that the package actually arrived but it took 5 business days, which was longer than usual.

          I have checked with an AP rep on your package and they advise that it might be a delay in delivery. On their end, they couldn't check where was the delay, but with the item actually turning up shows that indeed there is a delay in delivery. But it is much better than a loss mail - which will never turn up.
