Iv been eyeing this oled for a whilr, yes it was a big stretch but i love my deep inky blacks.

Website shows $1,995 before frenzy code. And in-store tagged price much expensiver than website yesterday. 75" also over $3,000 tagged in-store I can't remember exact price. But the staff follows website price to me when I bought yesterday.

Good price for an excellent TV. This is better than my Sony 75inch x90j. I wish i had waited for the tcl miniled.
I actually bought it two weeks ago during there last sale. I waited months and was looking at all the possible tvs from Samsung, Sony as well as LG and am glad that I got this.
@mckayver: Yeah was very tempting, especially seeing so many deals on so many tvs over the past 3 months or so. But yeah i think this is a pretty swell tv, especially for this price.

I called TGG for the deal and was sent the link. JB doesn't seem too thrilled to price match.
Update: JB not happy to price match in store or online. They said it has to be advertised on their website. I suggested they verify the price via phone, they refused.
So seems like a receipt wouldn't help either.

With the TCL $100 cash back, brings it down to $1,176 which is around the same price as the C635 which is 2 models below this unit.

What are the audio outs for this TV? Let's say I want to connect a sound bar (YAS-209) or bookshelf speakers (S350DB), can the TV be used with or without the external speakers without having to mess with cabling every time?
I think it supports Bluetooth connection.
I'm not sure because I haven't installed my new 75" C835 yet, but my 3yrs old TCL TV can connect with Bluetooth. But cable connected much better sound than Bluetooth, isn't it?
There are various options including Bluetooth audio in the settings.
Would be interested to hear how you go with a sound bar as mine is giving me problems.
I'm not a professional of AV system, but I know ARC has issues with multiple connections.
Use HDMI in port on your soundbar or disabled CEC function on HDMI cable. Remove 13rd pin or cover using insulated tape.
Just bought 2 of these ($2552). At first they tried telling me Frenzy was only on the full price but then he tried it in his system and it worked.

I received an SMS 30 minutes after contacting support via the website chat. They updated my details in their system and forwarded them to the marketing team.
Question, just called and it’s on back order, in terms of the cash back from tcl, would the purchase still be considered during the promotional period if the payment was made today?
The terms in the promotion states, it requires the S/N of the TV. If it's paid for within the promotion period but delivered after the period ends how would you register. I have sent them a email to confirm.

Dont know if this will help but i purchased this Tv last Saturday from Jbhifi after price match from Appliance Central for $1580 with free delivery and $100 Gift card. Saw this ad today thanks Op called good guys to confirm and requested for payment link as message. It open as receipt from good guys but asking for payment. Called the store from where i bought they price matched without any drama only thing is i had to pay $55 extra good guys delivery. I paid $1580 but ended up with $1331 after jbhifi price matched with already purchased item. They refunded the difference

Today I went to the showroom and checked the reflection on this TV and found it does show the reflections a bit more compared to some other TVs with less glossy screens, but it’s not too bad. On the contrary, some other TVs with more glossy screens showed even more reflections than this TV. Enjoy your TV.
called JB-Hifi, they won't match that price since they only match the ones can be shown on website. C835 TV are out of stock in Sydney according to what they said. So I'd probably have to wait more than a month. Not sure by then whether the $100 cashback policy wil still apply. (The terms says you have to claim within 21 days after purchase)

JB Hi-fi Parramatta wouldn't price match, as TGG website doesnt show $1276 price, which anyway was below their cost as per JB. None of Sydney stores have stock of any C835s as of this eve.
Ended up getting 65" C835 from Auburn TGG and paid with 10% discounted Woolworths gift cards, $70 TGG storecash and $100 TCL cashback.
All up TCL 65C835 was $978

I ended up buying the same TV from TGG Auburn with that price. They said I'd probably wait until next month for it to be delivered. Not sure if it'll still apply for TCL cashback policy after a month.

I got 3 cards - $500, $500, $276 loaded on to it.
Above card has 20X woolies rewards points, which convert to $10 for every 2000 points.
Basically 10% of the gift card amount comes back to your woolies rewards account in max 14 days.
Just ensure you get the correct card "Ultimate Home variable card" and put in all the cards into one trx for the rewards.
