  • Awesome! Which Sonos system will you be adding it to?

I don't have any Sonos items, but 20% off and the Cash Rewards deal go a long way to enticing me.

      • I was just about to ask if they're was a trick to getting the extra instore credit? Do you need to sign up to the digital wallet or anything or they'll just email it?

Edit - got my digital wallet sorted, now wondering if there's a difference between click n collect vs delivery for access to the $50 credit as there are two different offers in the wallet

        • How did you get it to apply to your purchase?

          • @Mungnang: I thought I'd really until the morning, not realising 10% cash rewards expired at midnight.

In true OzB style, I'm too stubborn to purchase now! Will wait to see at Black Friday/Cyber Monday. It will be the last piece in the man cave/theatre room puzzle.

            • @UnderwaterHaze: Sorry to hear that. What's your current setup?

              • @Mungnang: Beam with 2SL's as surround. Been trying to save/allocate my tax return for the last few years to a sub, but life keeps getting in the way!

The mini-sub should be perfect to round out the system in a 4.5x4.2m room with my 75" Sony.

All good bargains come to those who wait!

                • @UnderwaterHaze: Indeed mate. I'm sure another good deal will come by again soon. Anything under $500 is already a good deal I reckon.

How much did you get the one SLs for? Are they better than the IKEA symfonisk?

                  • @Mungnang: I managed to pick them up a couple of years back for $120 or $150 with a wine deal that was on. Convincrd my workmates to buy 2x8 bottles of vino and I got the vouchers!

  • I got a Sonos Beam Gen 2, been waiting for the Sonos Sub Mini to come out, perfect timing.

  • +1

Purchased one this morning, but purchased from Harvey Norman, just because I have HN gift cards lying around as bonuses from previous purchase.

This is definitely a better deal esp with cashback and 50 dollar store cash!

I have Sonos beam (gen 1) and 2 ikea symfonisk bookshelf speakers that I will be adding this to in our bedroom.

    • Exactly what my setup is.. and luckily i got the bookshelf speaker for a crazy deal of $150 for 3 from FB market place

      • +1

Oh yes can’t wait for a bit of improvement with the setup! You got a pretty good deal with the ikea speakers!

This deal has been going on since yesterday, big Sonos 20% thread for TGG

    • I know, right? But no dramas!

  • I have a Sonos Ray for the study. Would this be overkill to pair with? :/

    • This would definitely be an improvement.. don’t know if it would be overkill.. it’s better to add a sub then add a stereo pair imho

    • Absolutely, but you can always get a Beam or Arc in the future and it retains its value well

  • I went to JB store today to buy Sub Mini for my Beam Gen 2 (price matched with TGG due to no stock at TGG near where I live ), having heard Ray+Sub Mini on display just blew me, there is minimal difference to Beam Gen 2+Sub Mini! Not an overkill at all!

  • Got this yesterday at 20% off too and set it up right away. Holy shit it's amazing. Massive difference compared to just a beam gen 2.

  • Got this two weeks back with ebay plus at $639 and paired with beam gen 2 - big improvement.

  • Successfully price matched this with JB Hifi online chat as I had some gift vouchers
