I wonder if this is some sort of a gps unit that they use to track your car and top up your tank while the car is un-attended.

    Unless this is some sort of an ecu piggyback (for $7? Yeah right) that would change the timings on your car's engine then this is just ridiculous. It's not adding energy to the car, infact it's draining power that would otherwise be used to drive the car.

You are better off getting some mugen, konig, greddy, enkei stickers. When applied to your car, each sticker provides extra 5 horsepower.

    Still doesn't make any sense, how does the battery or capacity charge? Via the engine one assumes, thus any transfer of energy in and out of this POS will have some inherent inefficiency in it thus wasting energy, not saving it.
