A word to those looking at this and thinking it's a steal, the brightness (nits) on this monitor is a crime

  • Is this a high qaulity monitor?

    • +2

It's made by TPV using the Philips name under license. They also do AOC, who were okay 15 years ago.

    Here is a review

Seems like a decent gaming monitor if you have a strict $250 budget.

    • For a decent gaming monitor u can get an AOC, or HP that are under $200 @ 144hz though

      • +1

If you can give me a link to a decent QHD @ 144hz monitor under $200 I will definitely grab a couple. 😀

        • U mean QHD? No way haha. I was talking about FHD 24". Budget, QHD and gaming are words you will unlikely see often, if at all. 😉

          • @LuslecGrace: This monitor is a budget QHD gaming monitor, which makes it a decent deal

            • @Aureus: Yes but not for gaming

              • @LuslecGrace: How so..

QHD is much better than FHD. FHD on a 27" screen seems silly to me. Also, 75hz is heaps for a budget build.

                • -1

@Aureus: 75hz is not for gaming regardless of resolution, which is really important to regard it as gaming.

As per shopback it is actually only 4.5% for electronics - 18% is for other items.

    • Updated. Thanks.
It might be better to CnC from one of the other options then
