I've had a dreame vac for about 4 years now (T10), just got this to upgrade but all i really needed was a replacement battery back - it still works but just getting shorter runtime, but I always have it on the charger so full 100% charge all the time has probably been a bit much for it after those years.
I cant speak for the customer service but my Dreame v9 has been rock solid, if I had one complaint its that the battery just makes my 3 bedroom apartment, but I knew I was buying the smaller battery model at the time..
@bonus99 I've had a v9 for 3 years and had no issues. I bought my GF a T30 about 2 years ago which was purchased from kickstarter which has also had no issues. Most of the time people feel inclined to leave negative reviews than that of people that have a good experience with a product.
I got the T30 one year ago and it is working very well so far.
My V11 is 3 years old and it's working perfectly.

Currently $424 when bought on eBay and using code "XZIP15" before midnight tomorrow (18 Nov 2022).
Within my friends and our experience with their CS and the major failure of the other product. I highly not recommended this brand and avoid at all price.
