lol gorilla munch is not exactly light on sodium. the nutritional information states 110mg sodium per 30g = 366mg sodium per 100g

in fact, weetbix contains LESS sodium than gorilla munch (weetbix = 290mg sodium per 100g, gorilla munch = 366mg sodium per 100g).

weetbix also contains LESS sugar (weetbix = 3.3g sugar per 100g, gorilla munch = 8g sugar per 30g, or 26g sugar per 100g).

and the clincher: weetbix is $15 for 3.9kg ($5 per 1.3kg) vs gorilla munch @ $39+ for 3.9kg lol.

seems like a fail around …

        • +1 for effort of actually looking up the cereals info.

i ain't got much pity for anyone lazy enough (unless they are crippled) to order cereals to be delivered…

walk your fat arses to the damn store already.

        • Nice work.

    • Should do what I do, and put in chopped bananas!

You haven't told us why this is a bargain. What's the usual price? And how much do you save in this deal?

  • gorillas aren't a vegetable

  • wow thats not cheap…how do zoos make money??

    • By selling $5 dagwood dogs and $10 hot dogs

1 hot dog pays for a kilo of gorilla food

  • Why is everything gluten-free these days? What's wrong with gluten (for the vast majority of people who don't have any any alergies or sensitivities)?

    • y have gluten in everything, surely that's not normal….

      • +1

Gluten is a normal part of grains and provides stickiness to bread dough, and protein. Only some people are allergic to it. Nothing abnormal about it for other people.

      • It's not in "everything".. i don't have gluten in my vegetables fruits or meat. But anything made of wheat or barley or rye will naturally have gluten in it. Bread and pasta that have been produced without the gluten just don't have the same texture that I normally love in them.

    • Why is everything gluten-free these days? What's wrong with gluten (for the vast majority of people who don't have any any alergies or sensitivities)?

There's nothing wrong with gluten for people without allergies or sensitivities… it's just that a lot of people do have allergies and sensitivities. For instance, 1 in 100 Australians have Coeliac disease. That's a market of over 200,000 people.
