  Just have to warn you, last time we bought 3 pairs and all of them went back. Too narrow. At least the returns were free.

  FYI I also found this can stack with a 15% first order discount if you load the site and signup they will send you a code for orders over $100 which will give you an extra 15% and seems Cashrewards 22% still worked as I got a confirmation from them shortly after my order :-)

    Tracking and being paid out are two different things

    Just because it tracked doesn't mean it will go through if you've used additional discount codes.
