Looking to get some advice on my situation as i shot myself in the foot when buying TGG Giftcard on Shopback just to save $72.
Bought Iphone 14 Promax 512gb on 14th of Sept as click & collect from a local store Tempe. I called up every week and they said they don't have stock in any of the colour national wise and do not have an ETA. My friends who bought from JB Hifi and Apple store already received their phones long before me.
The thing is, whenever i call Customer service online, they always confirm i will be able to collect the phone in couple of days at the store, but when i call the store they said they don't have anything. They offered Refund back to my Gift Card, the only reason i bought TGG GC is to buy the phone and do not ever want to buy any other electronics from TGG as they often sell overprice.
I tried to contact Shopback to get my refund back to my credit card when TGG refunds but seems like it's so hard to contact Shopback. The last email i got from them was a week ago and i followed up every other day but seems they are not replying.
What should i do in this instance as i am quite fed up with TGG customer service as well as the Shopbacks. I am going overseas in a month and i dont think TGG will have the phone by then. and do not want to hold TGG GC at all. any Shopbacks Reps in here can sort this things out?

Can they transfer from a different store to your local? Did you ask about delivery option?
This is not going to happen just because there is no stock for the item you want to buy. There are risks associated with buying gift cards, and this is one example.
