    This is a good deal because the price is for 4 devices(2 desktop+ 2mobiles). for example, you can use it on 2 Windows, or 2 Macs, or 1 Windows+1Mac, and 2 mobiles. Many PDF editor softwares only allow a single platform.

    No. UPDF is an offline PDF editor and PDF converter with OCR. You need to download the package and install it on your Windows or Mac computer.

    Hi, thanks for your question. They are different. UPDF is offline and you can process your document without an internet connection. However, iLovePDF is an online PDF tool that all documents have to be uploaded to their server. UPDF supports OCR and it can edit existing text and images in PDF which allows you to edit PDF like Word. Meanwhile, it supports PDF to HTML/XML/TEXT, changing background of pages, and more.
    iLovePDF free version has limited document processing. Its yearly price is USD$48.
