Rechargable Batteries - Any Good Offers out There?

Hi all,

We recently went down the path of trying to use fewer and fewer single-use items, plastics, etc., and we kind of like it.

We ran out of AA and AAA batteries, and we need to buy new ones, and I thought, why not rechargeable?

Are there any AA and AAA deals out there?

    • I find the wrapping on the LADDA peels off a lot easier than genuine Eneloops. Ladda is much more fragile.

    eneloops

  • The best rechargeable battery I've used are these style https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002728257669.html?spm=a2…
They're either at consistent 1.5V or flat there is no in between.
Not much good if you're flying a remote control plane and they die but for everything else yes

    Wait for Black friday deals

    • Hmmm.. the banner headline says "Free Shipping" but the detail shows shipping from China is $3.40.

  • Eneloops (TGG commercial and good ebay sales) when on sales or LADDA's (rebranded eneloops) (IKEA)

  • Found these AA ($3.2/ea) and AAA ($1.9/ea). Based on all the comments, these seem like good value with decent reviews.

    • From reviews EBL perform worse than Eneloop, Ladda, Amazon Basics and Energizer. If you buy in bulk just buy Ladda with the $10 coupon?

      • I scoured the internet, forums & test-trials, and found the opposite. So I bought 16 AAA & 16 AA back in October. Got a nitecore D4 charger, and I check them every so often, see if they’re holding charge. Perfect.

Looking to buy more, as I’m reminded today about just how-many batteries I need for xmas lights.

        • Literally 1 second search on youtube

EBL consistently come up at the bottom. They are cheap but not that cheap, Ladda is cheap and reliable.

          • @Bigboomboom: Yep. That’s a review. Not one of the several I watched when I was looking.
It’s ok to have different results & opinions, ya know.
