Hey I found a ebay listing with Starhawk for $27.95 + 7.85 Shipping, but the sale looks slightly dodgy can anyone confirm this is legit? It's a Promotional copy that comes with the Full game + online pass.
Reason it looks dodgy
-Selling it in a smaller case
-Very low price for a new released game
-Can't find any information about "promotional copy" anywhere

Real or fake?
A promo game is the full game released to publishers and game reviewers early so they can release a review for when the game is released. I bought plenty of promo games and can comfirm it is legit. Im surprised google hasnt mentioned anything about promo games because there are some people that collects them including myself. I have been keeping my eye on that listing for a while and it seems this ebay seller must be a publisher or a game reviewer for a magazine or online site. So to answer your question that promo copy is the full game of starhawk and the listing also says it comes with an unused online pass.

Edit: Anyone interested should buy it now before it runs out, just found the users previous auction and he or she have already sold 10 copies in the past and no negative reviews about it.

Yeah yeah the GT is a bit of a joke :P
its cheap because the seller got them for free, they are either in the games industry, work for whoever makes starhawk or been to a show where they were giving away the games.
A promotional copy is a full game, but there is no artwork on the disk and no manual, you most likely wont be able to resell it and EB games wont accept it as a trade in.
Buy it if you want, but know the risks first!
