I ordered a bunch of vinyl records from them when the last sale was on. They all arrived pretty quickly and in good packaging. Only thing to note though is when it says "Usually ships within 7-10 days" on the item listing, it seems to mean that it will ship from their warehouse within 7-10 days if they have that item in stock. Most of the items I ordered (admittedly pretty rare) went straight to 'back order' status, but they all arrived within a couple of weeks.

I just gone through the entire check out process and purchased my son some go diego go dvd. No VAT taken off, just the listed price. No worries. Better than paying Amazon.co.uk as wowhd.co.uk got free shipping.
Finally got a response from them. They have said that the price listed is already without VAT.
