When Should We Start to See Better Deals on AMD RX 6000 Series Video Cards after 7000 Launch?

I'm gathering that Black Friday could be good, but from what I've seen on Marketplace and eBay, loads of people are selling their gpus extremely cheap.

Best I've seen was a 6800 XT for $400.

Would retailers start to offload their AMD stock similar to NV, in the next week?

    I bought my 6000 series Olivetti typewriter on Sale at Xmas in 1972.
