Yeah seems to be the new standard around Sydney. For some reason 10 rolls won't even fill me up.
Tapeworms
There's a place near the bus stops at Chatswood that's $3 (unless they've recently put their prices up).
They seem to be pushing $4-$4.50 a lot of places, $3.80 isn't the worst at all
$4.50 a roll, sometimes more down here in Tassie :(
You have Scallop Pies though… Stop whinging…
Stupid Sushi hub is like $3.80
I've never heard of Stupid Sushi hub.
Are they a new franchise?
Wow…reminds me Kimbap Heaven in South Korea ages ago…
Anyone know how these are compared to Tokui Sushi in CBD? They do $2.50 per roll, have a good amount of filling, and taste great.
tokui recently went up to $2.50. Is still a bargain tho and the taste and fillings amount are excellent particularly for the price. 3-4 rolls is plenty for lunch if you want to stay awake at work.
Tokui Sushi is where it's at
Their tamago is amazing
Anyone in Brisbane know where you can get cheap sushi? I don't want pay $3.80 for one roll at Sushi Grub
Yeah good question, where can we find cheap quality sushi, i generally buy the sushi from woolworths
what are some cheap sushi that is not terrible quality(aka poorly cooked rice-eg Woolworths sushi, less filings or shorter rolls) in Sydney, places charging $4.5 a roll is ridiculous. I rather get my happy meal at that price with a toy and coffee for $2-3 more
Is this inside the building? Any signage?
Yeah it's called Tower sushi
I would pig so many of these $1 rolls.
This is depressing. I have never seen a roll under $3 here in Adelaide. The place in my town is $3.80.
In the city cross food court there's a place that does 3 for $5 or $6.
Thank you.
Do you know what time they open?
It’s right near my work, it’s good sushi if you are hungry, but for $1 I wouldn’t complain it’s a loss maker for the store, but they use it as a bait. They have a great selection but noticed they fill too much rice and make it thick rolls.
They were the only sushi / Asian food place in the building and then the landlord agreed to another sushi / Japanese place and the original store reduced the price to take customers. But the positive note is that the customers win in this instance.
How long will the deal go for?
It’s been there for ages so don’t see it changing anytime soon.. there is no time limit
Thanks!
Wish we had cheap sushi in Sydney. Stupid Sushi hub is like $3.80 for 1 roll.
