I just received my order from FusetechAu from their most recent HP laptop deal and the laptop arrived without a battery. Has something like this happened to anyone else? What was your experience with them resolving the issue?
I've only tried to contact them via Facebook messenger so hopefully I'll get a response in the morning.

Recently bought a PC from them but they sent the wrong one.
Was very hard to get a response from him, he'd reply to emails maybe once a week if that. Not good enough IMO.
In the end I raised a dispute with Paypal and was able to get his attention that way and he was going to send me a partial refund to cover the difference in product.
I'm still waiting.
I got the impression he's honest but is way too much of a hassle to deal with, if someone can't reply to their emails once a day or pick up a phone to sort out a problem I'd rather shop somewhere else.
Let PayPal deal with it - If you're lucky they might give you the total amount back
You'll get the battery…
