First time posting

Came across this when shopping for a new gaming chair, sitting on one right now, delivery took 2 days to Melbourne CBD.

Have sat on multiple gaming chairs previously - SecretLab, furgle, alfordson, Typhoon etc but this is the best bang for buck imo.

DXRacer is the first company to invent racing style chairs afaik.

Armrests can be ordered for extra $49 @ https://www.amazon.com.au/DXRacer-Armrest-OA-ARM144L-N-1-3D/…

The armrests are 3D, they move up/down, tilt left/right and forward/backward. Unfortunately they won't move in/outwards but for the price I think this is a steal.

Price History at C CamelCamelCamel.

Do you know if it can be locked in position?

    • Can't be locked in position.

I know it is more expensive and does not have adjustable arm rests but I was sick of buying crappy PU covered chairs. I have been buying the Markus chair from IKEA ever since for my home (1 for me, 1 for my son, 1 for my S.O.) and keep replacing our office chairs at work, so far 3. In 2 years I have had one of the gas lifts fail and they just gave me a whole new chair. Big Pro is fabric and mesh build and the fixed arm rests is not the Con I thought it might be for gaming.

    • my friend highly rate the the markus as well, he sits on his chair 10hrs+ a day at maybe 120kg

    • Yes I was specifically looking for a chair with adjustable armrests because I do a lot of gaming and have different postures for the games I play. No chair at this price point gave rotatable armrests hence why I went for this one.

I have personally had no problem with PU leather, I hope this one lasts considering it's from a reputable brand.

dont know why this kinda landfill exists when you can get so much nicer chair for just little more.

As a previous gaming chair owner of 6 years, I strongly advise against purchasing these chairs. Avoid the visual appeal and strive for something with true ergonomic support. Gaming chairs often lack lumbar support (the pillows are frustratingly flimsy), and their awkward upper curvatures can result in chronic anterior shoulder instability.

My $50 mesh chair offers more support and promotes better posture habits.

  • Hey OP, did the armrests come with screws and washers?

Listen to vuk ! You can't get a decent chair for under 400 minimum - unless you don't use it or landfill . Meh bigtime
