  • How does the "New customers" vs "Existing customer" cashbacks actually work? I don't understand

    • Technically, you have to be a new UberEats customer (never used them before) even if you are an existing cashrewards customer.
      Although, in the past I have experienced not getting 'new customer' cashback but the 'existing customer' cashback just because I had used uberEats on my existing cashrewards account before, even though I did use a new uberEats account.

  • A new account means that I haven't used it to place any kind of order yet right? I've created an account 6 months ago but never ordered anything.

    Edit: I can't check out, keeps rejecting my Debit Mastercard, Westpac card, CBA credit card, and PayPal as well…is it just me??

      No, they reject everyone on first attempt as a way of screening out fraudster.

      You will have a better chance after adding the payment method for a substantial of time e.g. 24hrs.
