If I remember correctly, withdrawals are enabled following 72 hours from your first deposit. You can deposit as little or as much as you like into your wallet.
Just deposit a few cents into your account and then make a reminder to withdraw in a few days time.
Just note that the bank account you use to make your first deposit, will be the bank account that is "verified" for use with the wallet. If you try to withdraw your funds to a different account later on Finder will ask you to send proof that the bank account is yours (bank statement etc).

No settings > redeem promo code in the app or the website, tried on two browsers on android and on desktop. Must be an eastern states only thing. The only thing visible in account settings is my name and number.
It's there on Android app under Settings/Rewards and Referrals, and it's not an Eastern States thing.
I was using nextDNS on my android and that was obfuscating the navigation drawer, but I was able to sill find settings blindly tapping where the nav button would be. The Rewards & Referrals were hidden with nextDNS on.

Once in Settings, you have to scroll down.

Are you using an adblocker? I also didn't have the settings and it came back when I disabled the adblocker and restarted my phone.
