      No, just go to your local butcher and ask for chicken carcasses or a bag of bone off cuts. Just make sure the bones were not leg bones (ribs, necks, spines etc are perfect).
      Sometimes chicken wings from supermarkets get as low as $3.50/kg. Super cheap and great for any dog.

        I was thinking more of a treat that my dog could chew for a long time and not make a dent on it straight away. I want to keep him occupied and clean his teeth at the same time by just gnawing on it.

        Maybe like a beef hoof with kangaroo filling or anything that is rawhide alternative?
