Hi all
I am looking to buy the wife a decent nail care set, something German made like Zohl. Question is, are these type of sets worth it?
And if not, is there a step down decent set as we seem to go through a lot of poor quality sets.

Well thats quite the detailed reply I wasn't expecting but very appreciative of.
Another similar brand, Mr Green is in the same boat, no website and exclusive to germanmanicuresets.
3 swords however seems legit, has its own website and is stocked more widely.

No product reviews on Amazon and you are contemplating paying so much…… Lets just say if you have more money then sense go for it otherwise don't do it.
Get a set of 777 Made in Korea and it will last you a lifetime.
There's a couple of red flags with that product worth considering.
Firstly $300 for that kit seems ridiculous.
Secondly "ZOHL" company in Solingen doesn't seem to exist. No website, not on maps etc.
Third GermanManicureSets & ExecutiveGrooming seem to be sole distributors of these items online. Their products are not mentioned or listed on any other website or source nor in any other country.
GermanManicureSets doesn't have an ABN listed on their website nor on Amazon storefront and only has an AU mobile number contact. Maybe worth giving them a call to ask random question and see what you get.

I'm sure there's a happy medium between $10 Aliexpress junk and this $300 set but not sure what that is. Japanese nail clippers seem well regarded, maybe they do a decent manicure set. Worth asking a nail salon nearby what tools they use?
