Test what? Remaining charge? Capacity? Whether they work?

If remaining charge then no, nothing very useful - this is usually done with a fuel gauge that monitors charge out (and in), not a static test.

    If you want to measure battery capacity then you need a battery capacity tester.
    Something like this will do the job:

    Keep in mind a test done this way will take about 6 hours to fully drain a 100ah battery. And I'd recommend you have a LVC so you don't overdischarge the battery.
