  2020 was a year of significantly reduced yield in the Barossa, specifically at Bethany. This was partly due to a hot, dry December and early- mid-January which was similar to 2019.
  The palate has rich blue and black fruits mangle on the palate with bright blueberry aromatics floating through. The length is driven by soft but driven tannins creating a framework that holds the rich fruit in checks and provides a long and elegantly spiced finish.

  Review from Wine Orbit: Youthfully expressed and fragrant, the bouquet shows dark plum, spiced cherry, smoked game and roasted nut aromas on the nose, followed by a flavoursome palate offering succulent fruit flavours and plump mouthfeel. Upfront and fabulously drinkable. 14.5% ALC
  The palate has a strong Grenache dominance with spicy and earthy red fruits and aromatic interest holding sway, the supple darker fruits of the Shiraz add real weight and texture to the mid-palate and the finish while the Mataro brings a super lifted aromatic intensity of blue fruits and incense. Tannins are supple and generously structured and give length, age ability and freshness to the finish.
