LEGO 42143 Technic Ferrari Daytona SP3 + LEGO 76909 Speed Champions Mercedes-AMG F1 W12E

$584.95 Delivered with Prime.

Together they are cheaper than the Ferrari Daytona itself which is currently still going for $629 on Amazon. Effectively makes the Ferrari Daytona about $535 if you assume the Speed Champions set is about $50.

Unsure how long this will last for but Happy Building!

Alternate bundle with Megalodon Truck for $554.95 if you want to spend less overall and dont need the speed champion set.

The Megalodon Truck bundle is the better deal, as it's the all-time historical low for the Ferrari Daytona SP3 (even with the additional set).

the ferrari is getting dangerously close to sub $500. Im gonna have to be explaining why i spent another $500 on lego by the end of the year i think :P

  • Wow I need this Ferrari for my collection but I’m still wanting to get the Lambo too

    • Lambo is likely to be end of life sooner so i'd get that first

      • Yer thought so just need to find a great price

Still not totally into the ferrari but do I need to keep the exxy cars set going..??

The Megalodon pack is definitely the better deal - 76909 does nothing for me but Megalodon is pretty cool. Unfortunately I've got the Megalodon.

  • Shall I resist and wait for the Black Friday deal?

    • yes :)

    • That’s what I’m doing

      Yeah that's the smart decision.

The Ferrari won't be retired until 2024 at the earliest and it's highly likely that the price will drop below $500 at some point between now and then, judging by the historical pricing trends of the previous flagship Technic automotive sets like the Lamborghini Sian, Bugatti Chiron and Porsche 911 GT3 RS, all of which dropped below $400 at some point in their lifecycles.

Got the Chiron but passed on the Sian as it didn't really address all the flaws with the Chiron.

The gearbox was more visible, the suspension geometry didn't mean it bogged down like the Chiron (but still wasn't great)

The SP3 now has new parts for the shocks and I hear the gearbox is a little better. But I'm not really a fan of the car.

The Chiron has 4WD(AWD) a W16 engine and with the same 8 speed sequential gearbox as the later two models I feel the Chiron is the most technologically advanced of the supercars Lego has produced.
