This might just be a price error at my local Coles, but it's too cheap to miss.
It did scan as $2.25 but the self serve assistant was happy to change the price and even give me 1 packet for free! As someone who can't cook, this is a bargain!

That's a bit racist
Thats right… How dare you call him asian.
Not made for the Asian palate.. would be more suitable for the noodles.
Don't be silly, only white people can be racist.
Q. Are people of Asian descent not white?
They are definitely skippy noodles though.
21c must be a mistake. It's not even a clearance sticker. Still, this is a fantastic bargain.
bruuuuuh
mouthful title ;p
50 minutes since this was posted, surely these are all gone now, would be a fun way to meet local ozbargainers in my local area though haha
I've been to this Coles in the past. Victoria Point is a pretty chill place. This is coming from someone who grew up in the Redlands.
Good to see the self-serve assistant know the supermarket code of conduct:
"When an item is scanned at a higher price than it says on the shelf or as advertised, a customer is entitled to receive the first item free and all later items at the lower price"
Correct!
The way around this is to pay for item first then approach front counter.
Not necessarily, well trained staff should know the polic. I've had several occasions where item scanned incorrectly at POS and they've given it for free.
These are rubbish. I bought a 5 pack and only had one. Tasted so bad that I had to give them to my dog. Even he refused to eat it.
Something about the texture of maggi noodles that makes it feel and taste very low quality. They are very soggy and feels overly starchy.
That's an awesome price. Not a great noodle to have on their own but I'd definitely use these for stir fries etc where you can mask them a bit.
You can then use the sachets for random experiments afterwards XD
Not worth it even if it is for $10c
This is the worst noodle i have ever had.
I still have 2 packets left and its been since 2018?
My Asian housemate calls Maggi "white boy noodles".
