Hi, You can contact our office number during the working hours. Will be able to help you with that
These look very similar to $250 ones from Aliexpress.
Thanks for saving me money. Couldnt find any sort of proper review on it
To be fair I am not sure I am comfortable to spend $250 on noname grinder from Ali.
But I am not sure if I want to pay $200 extra for just for a local support and warranty of the same unknown grinder. If I have $450 to spend on a grinder I would buy Eureka.
Yeah im just going to avoid the whole lot. Hand grinder here I come lol
@Fergy1987: Switched to a handgrinder recently (not by choice, grinder died on me). Perfect for easy dial in. Hard to screw it up. Next to no retention. Great if it's just 1 or 2 coffees but a bit annoying after about 3-4 at once. I guess you can make others do their own handgrinding.
Also I feel like it's not great if you need to rush out the door but if you drive faster and get to work 1 min quicker you've more than made up for the extra time spent handgrinding.
@mit: What did you switch to out of interest?
@Fergy1987: 1Zpresso J-Max. If it will be your sole grinder, then I'd recommend this because it will do everything and isn't a heap more but you could probably get away with the medium range models. The Kingrinder range is also well like and more affordable.
Couldnt find any sort of proper review on it
That explains it
https://precisioncoffeetools.com/pages/about-usLooks like Australian "brand". And even if the grinder is a rebadged grinder from China… not saying it's a bad thing… All top brands are manufactured in China…
Even if it is rebadged it makes it difficult to find other reviews online.quite a few Aussie retailers sell this or a rebadged version. Like you say, it's not bad but at $450 there are more well known options which can be handy if you need to resell.
Hi, It is not new that Chinese products are copying products from other countries. Our products are good quality and comes with warranty. I believe thats standard AU procedure.
Hello, it's very rude to say "Chinese products are copying products from other countries", especially the Precision products you are selling are OEM products of a Chinese company "Lingdong".
I have no complaints about the Precision products, I have a Lingdong GS5 filter grinder, it's really impressive and it's not copied from any products.
Chinese products are copying products from other countries
He’s not wrong though. It’s a well documented strategy stated by Chinese historians teaching their own students about it. If anything your reaction is more enlightening than his statement of fact.
@Valowick: Your 'fact' is the fact, my fact is just some pale defence to you.
@Imposter: Chinese IP theft and product copying being the intention from the outset for thousands of product categories (again well documented for DECADES) isn’t a “fact.” May as well have said “water is wet is rude.” This isn’t some vague slight against Chinese people. It’s just an unfortunate reality we’ve all put up with for too long because we thought we were doing the right thing.
From the description
“The Precision GS30 is a compact grinder designed for all types of filter coffee.”
In this price range there are better options that will also cover espresso such as the https://www.breville.com/au/en/products/coffee-grinders/bcg8…
I used Breville Smart Grinder in the past.
The usability is great - good portafilter holder, good catching tray, auto-sleep function.
But the grind quality and grinder lifespan is reflected in the price.
The complaints I have: noise, grinding speed, clamping, difficulties with light roasts. It was ok for under $200. For $430 or even $330 I am not confident to recommend it.
Is this supposed to look like the Mahlkonig EK?
for that price rather than this aliexpress junk you can get a eureka from the EU shop
I like the industrial look
Don't know anything about coffee grinders though
