Free software to clean up audio recorded on phone?

I recorded some audio on my phone that was playing on ipad.

The person sounds is too low and music is too loud and uncomfortable pitch.

Is there a way to fix it? Are there free software that do this?

Sounds like you need to play around with filters, but which one I have no idea. Grab a sound editing software for your computer and give it a try.
