Trying to find the exact door hinge for a kitchen cabinet door. Tried looking at bunnings however just can't see the exact one . Bought a similar one but the diameter is too big and don't want to drill into the cabinet.

Check Ikea. Also cabinetmakers/kitchen installation places like Trademaster. Google Blum hardware.
it's a Hettich Bi-fold hinge.

You would probably need a cabinetmaker to fit these as they are quite difficult to adjust
Bunnings is mostly for DIY which from looking at your tape measure is probably why you went to Bunnings. you need a joinery supply store. Have a look at google maps near you and ask if they sell Hettich hinges.
It’s called a corner door hinge. It’s different to normal cabinet hinges. These hinges look similar but there are hundreds of different styles and purposes.
The best hinges are made by Julius Blum of Austria.
The model number is in your photo. You can quote that to the Hettich reseller. It looks about 30 years old, but they will still sell you a modern version.BN10162

If ordering from ebay ensure you are getting 52mm hole centres as Hettich does a 45 h/c to match Blum

Looks like a bog standard hinge you can find at any supply store. Are you able to take one in to a place like Renovation D and size up a replacement on the spot?
