The 3020e is totally usable for responsive basic computing usage paired with suitable ram and fast storage which this laptop has.
Wouldn't even let Grandma use this, slow… And 1.6kg.
Actuality grans prefer it slower because otherwise things happen in front of their eyes that they can't keep track of.
If this is your budget look for a refurbished ThinkPad, ideally 8th gen Intel or later.

Honestly this is a pretty good price for a BRAND NEW machine of this spec. Big box retailers like JB hifi sell ewaste at this price point, though you will be better served with a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad at this price range.
